I setup JRJC in 2016 and have over 20 years experience in helping teams deliver better Services.

I am an Agile delivery and coaching specialist and have a deep understanding of the GDS Service Standards and Digital Service Standards for Wales.

Rum is our Head of Security.

He takes the security of JRJC HQ very seriously and will often put in long shifts at the office window.

Any security breaches (such as a leaf falling from a tree) will invoke B.A.R.K protocol.

Charlie is our Chief Snack Officer (CSO).

He has been with JRJC since 2017, he loves working on technical solutions, eating snacks, and chewing his squeaky hedgehog.

He works flexible hours and takes regular snoozing breaks.
